Ingredients
- 140g brown rice
- 120g chicken fillet medium cooked
- 1 cut carrot in pieces
- 40g soya sprouts
- 40g boiled peas
- 40g corn
- 2 tablespoons of Spirοulina Flakes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of soya sauce
Method

- Cut the fillet in pieces
- Boil the rice
- In a non-sticking pan, you add the olive oil and then the carrot
- You add the soya spouts together with the chicken fillet
- You add the rice and the boiled peas
- Lastly you add the soya sauce and mix all the ingredients
- You add the Spirοulina flakes!
