Ingredients:
- 1 packet of lentils (300g)
- 200g lettuce
- 200g rocket salad
- 2 grated carrots
- 40g grated walnuts
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons cider
Method
- Boil the lentils and pour them into a bowl.
- In a dish we add the grated carrot, the lettuce, the rocket salad and the walnut in smaller pieces.
- Add the lentils, the olive oil and the cider and mix all the ingredients.
