Easy and nutrient salad that will steal the show at your Christmas table! Full in nutrients and iron due to the Spiroulina flakes, the pomegranate and the spinach.

Ingredients
- 200g arugula sliced in large pieces
- 200g spinach
- 1 cup of cichorium spinosum without the stem only the tender green part
- 100 g camaber cheese or goat cheese
- 20g walnuts
- ¼ of pomegranate seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons of Spiroulina flakes
For the dressing
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic with pomegranate flavour
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut all vegetables in medium size
- Place them in a salad bowl
- Add the pomegranate and the walnuts
- Mix all ingredients and add dressing in the salad
- Mix all together and serve
