Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 small tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 mature banana

Method

  1. Add in the blender the water, the sesame and mix for 1 minute in high speed.
  2. Add the Spiroulina PLATENSIS powder, chia seeds, coconut oil, banana, kiwi and mix for 1’.
