Ingredients
1. For the omelettes
- 6 eggs
- 20 ml cow milk 1,5 lipids
- 6 teaspoons butter
2. For the filling:
- 1 fresh cut onion
- 250g mushrooms slightly cut
- 2 fresh cut peppers
- 100g graded cheese
- 45 ml brown flour
- 2 tablespoons Spiroulina flakes
Method:
- For the omelettes: Mix the eggs with the milk. Add salt and pepper. Warm in a non-sticking pan the butter. Pour ¼ of the mixture with the eggs in the pan, slightly move the pan so it will spread everywhere and let it fry. Remove the omelette from the pan and cover it with foil so it will remain warm until you make the other 3 omelettes.
- For the spinach filling: Melt the rest of the butter and bleach the onions and the mushrooms. Add the flour and mix well. Let it boil for a couple of minutes at a low temperature.
- Add the spinach and cover the pan. Boil the spinach for a couple of minutes until it is fully cooked. Add the cheese and mix. In the end, add the Spiroulina flakes. Stuff each omelette with the filling. Wrap it and serve.
Bon appetite!
