9. RETURN POLICY
A prerequisite for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipping Receipt, etc.), as well as to contact our call center at +302108646515 before returning the product.
1) Defective Products / Wrong Products
In case of a defective product, contact our company by calling +302108646515 to be informed about the way in which the product will be replaced. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law are met and the terms of the Company’s return policy are observed.
Below we list the terms and ways of returning non-defective products in cases where we have made a mistake:
1. The date of receipt of the order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 7 days.
2. The application must be written and e-mailed to [email protected] stating relevant details as well as a phone number so that an executive of our company can contact the customer for relevant clarifications.
3. The product must not have been opened or used and must be in its original (factory) condition in which it was delivered to you and be contained in its original packaging. Once received, its condition will be checked and in case it does not meet the above conditions, the return will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to our company.
4. In any case, the product that is going to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document.
Note: In case of return of products at the customer’s request and if the above conditions are met, the customer will be exclusively charged with the shipping cost.
2) Right of Withdrawal
In case of purchases you make remotely (eg via the Internet), you can return the product and we will pay you back the price, if you notify us in writing via the contact form https://www.spiroulina.gr/en/contact/ or by calling Customer Service Department at +302108646515 within 14 calendar days since receiving the product either by you or by a third party that you indicate. By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us, in its original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal from you and within the same deadline we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid us including shipping cost paid by the customer for the purchase using the payment method you have chosen to pay us the price. In case you have paid using a payment card, we will proceed within 14 calendar days giving the order to the card issuer and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not due to us.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. We are not responsible and we will not compensate the consumer nor will the withdrawal have any results in case the damage to the goods has been caused due to the fault of the consumeror in case of use which exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. If the shipping cost for returning the product exceeds the cost of universal postal service, then they will not be covered by the “Hellenic Spiroulina Net LP” and are paid by the customer.
You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3ιβ of law ν.2251/94 and in any other case that is provided by law or the present in accordance with the law.

First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place the filled withdrawal form and finally you send the parcel, to the attention of the Returns Department.

Remarks
www.spiroulina.gr reserves the right to abolish or legally modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
In case of repeated returns by the customer, spiroulina.gr, reserves the right to refuse to accept product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then the product will be returned to the customer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping cost.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limitation of the Withdrawal provisions of article 9, the order can be canceled in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can go “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call at +302108646515 and one of our partners will cancel your order. In case your order has already been priced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at +30 2108646515 and provide details of your order. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
11. PAYMENT METHODS
a) Payment by Credit Card:

14. ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
In periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes or pandemics as well as in any case of force majeure, that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In case that is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. The information you entered is not properly updated.
In any case, the delay does not exceed sixty days since the conclusion of the contract.
15. NEWSLETTERS
1. The “Hellenic Spiroulina Net LP” regularly sends informative emails to those customers who have subscribed to our newsletter.

- The presentation does not contain abusive, religious or racist comments, insults to other members of www.spiroulina.gr and evaluations of third parties, discussions about pirated software, illegal activities or deliberate abuse of the warranty and the terms of use of the product.
- What you write is about the product of the evaluation, does not refer to the pricing of the product and is not misleading or is a deliberate defamation of it.

At the EDR you can submit to resolve any dispute you may have. The European Consumer Center of Greece has been designated as a national contact point for EDR in Greece, information on which for dispute resolution can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). The above does not limit to anything the rights that you and we have to resort to the competent courts.
