Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp acai berry powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 400g coconut milk
- 1 sachet of Spiroulina PLATENSIS Powder
For garnish
- 1/2 diced mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 dragon fruit (red pitaya)
- 10g cinnamon
Directions
- Peel and dice the mango and the banana, and put them in the freezer for 2h.
- Once frozen, throw them in the blender adding the remaining ingredients.
- Beat for 2′, until they become a thick mixture.
- Serve in a Coconut Vegan Bowl.
- Garnish by placing the topping in stripes.
